Ratio: 1:16 (for each 1 gram of coffee, use 16ml of water)

Ground size: Medium or Medium-Fine

Water Temperature: 92 C

Brewing:

- Pour over the 1st 70 ml one time slowly

- Wait until all the 70 ml drains in the server, then pour 100 ml over the remaining slowly

- Pour the remaining 118 one time slowly.
