From the north of Burundi, Ngozi produces one of the best coffee of Burundi. This coffee comes from the zone with floral aroma, dried fruit with medium body and an enjoyable after taste.

Ratio: 1:2 (for each 1 gram of coffee, use 2ml of water)

Ground size: Espresso ground size

Water Temperature: 93-95 C

Time: 23-27 seconds
