This amazing coffee comes from the central region of Comayagua in Honduras. It has a nutty flavor comes out immediately when brewing and then followed by a chocolate hint. It has a medium-heavy body and a little bit of enjoyable acidity that last in the aftertaste.

Altitude: 1600-1700 meters above the sea level

Process: Washed


Our recipe:

Ratio: 1:15 (for each 1 gram of coffee, use 15ml of water)

Ground size: Medium or Medium-Fine

Water Temperature: 91-93 C


- Pour over the 1st 100 ml one time slowly

- Wait until all the 100 ml drains in the server, then pour over the remaining slowly until the end
